Field Works : Field & Stream Writers Reading Their Own Stories (6 Audio cassettes) includes short stories read by the authors: Art Flick, Arnold Gingrich, Dana Lamb, Nick Lyons, Ernest Schiebert, and Ed Zern. Six audio cassettes, never played, cassettes still sealed in original plastic. Running time is not indicated. This set is out of print and no longer offered by Field and Stream - a fairly rare item.

From the cover:
" ... FIELD & STREAM TRACES ITS ROOTS TO "NORTHWESTERN FIELD & STREAM'', A RELATIVELY SMALL PERIODICAL THAT STARTED PUBLISHING IN 1896. SOON AFTER ITS LAUNCH, JOHN R. BURKHARD, AN ENTERPRISING MINNESOTA SPORTSMAN, EXPANDED THE JOURNAL TO A NATIONAL MAGAZINE KNOWN AS "WESTERN FIELD & STREAM''. APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR LATER, "WESTERN'' WAS DROPPED FROM THE TITLE AND FIELD & STREAM MAGAZINE WAS BORN. THROUGHOUT THESE EARLY MANIFESTATIONS, AND IN THE YEARS TO COME, FIELD & STREAM GAVE CLARITY AND SCOPE TO THE VOICE OF THE OUTDOORS.

AS IT APPROACHES ITS 100TH ANNIVERSARY, FIELD & STREAM  MAGAZINE CAN CLAIM A TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE IN OUTDOOR WRITING. ALL OF THE AUTHORS FEATURED IN THIS SERIES -- ART FLICK, ARNOLD GINGRICH, DANA LAMB, NICK LYONS, ERNEST SCHWIEBERT AND ED  ZERN-- HAVE APPEARED OVER THE YEARS IN THE PAGES OF FIELD & STREAM. ALL SIX CASSETTES OFFER BOTH THE WORK OF THESE WELL-KNOWN WRITERS AND THE WRITERS  THEMSELVES.  THEIR OWN VOICES GIVE  PERSONALITY AND INTERPRETATION TO STORIES  WE WOULD OTHERWISE KNOW IN A MORE  LIMITED WAY. THE PROCESS OF READING ALOUD  BECOMES, IN THE HANDS OF THESE WRITERS, AN INTIMATE AND ILLUMINATING EXPERIENCE. ... "

Vintage Roland TR-707 Rhythm Composer drum machine purchased at an estate sale being sold for parts or repair.

It does not have the original power cord but I used a 12v power supply to try it out. It powered up (see pics) and I was able to push buttons to hear individual drums and also I was able to hear a repetitive drum beat, but not all of the buttons along the botton row trigger a sound. Buttons 5,7,8,9,10, & 11 trigger only a very muted, scarcely audible sound even with the volume turned all the way up. The rest of the buttons along the bottom row sound ok - so this drum machine is offered as-is for parts or repair, sorry no return on this machine.

The case is clean except for some notes/writing on the back, no buttons or dials are missing (see pics). Does not include power cord or manual. This is a good opportunity for someone who knows how to fix these vintage machines! Will be well packed and insured for shipping. Thanks for looking!

The flash fired via the flash's button, battery compartment is clean.  I do not have a pack of film to test this camera but it is being sold guaranteed to work or return for refund. The rubber bellows is in great condition. The case is in great condition and overall the entire outfit looks very little used. The camera booklet is dated 7/78.
